Built into the side of a cliff, the Mangersta Bothy appears as the most romantic bothy in Scotland in the Scottish Bothy Bible. It has featured in Ben Fogle's BBC Sacred Islands series, within a BBC Dave Macleod rock climbing programme, on German TV, in the Guardian travel pages and in numerous other publications. A stay at the Bothy, with the Atlantic Ocean at foot and dark skies overhead, is an incredible adventure.
